Contracting Parties

Any participation in an IA is designated as "Contracting Party" which is a government of any country, the European Communities, an international organisation or any national agency, public organisation, private corporation or other entity designated by the government of an OECD member country or an OECD non-member country or by the European Communities.

Membership of the OES is by invitation of the Executive Committee to country governments.
