ISOPE 2013 - The 23rd International Ocean and Polar Engineering Conference

Since ISOPE-1992, the annual ISOPE conferences have been the world’s largest technical conferences of its kind with peer-reviewed papers. Following the all-time record-breaking attendance at ISOPE-2007 Lisbon with more than 950 attendances, the ISOPE-2010 Beijing, -2011 Maui and -2012 Rhodes continued setting another new record. receiving 1,350+ abstracts. The conference is being organized by Technical Program Committee (TPC) of the International Society of Offshore and Polar Engineers (ISOPE) with 30 cooperating organizations. Its objective is to provide a timely international forum for researchers and engineers.
