The Bali Clean Energy Forum was the kick-off event for the new Bali Centre of Excellence (CoE) with a focus on the development and implementation of renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency. The Chairman of OES, Mr. José Luis Villate, led a session on ocean energy in this event.
