ABOUT OES
Ocean Energy Systems (OES), is a Technology Collaboration Programme on Ocean Energy Systems. It is an intergovernmental collaboration between countries, which operates under a framework established by the International Energy Agency (IEA) in Paris.

Presently, OES consist of 24 member countries and the European Commission.
