OES is developing an interactive web-based GIS mapping application with detailed global information related to ocean energy in an easy to use yet visually striking way.
The available information will comprise ocean energy facilities, resources, relevant infrastructure and relevant general geopolitical and geographical information, altogether in conjunction with the respective location / extent respectively distribution on a global map. This tool being developed by Fraunhofer Institute IWES, will be soon available.
