The 3rd International Conference and Exhibition on Ocean Energy (ICOE 2010) was organized by Tecnalia and EVE in partnership with the European Ocean Energy Association (EU-OEA) and the International Energy Agency - Ocean Energy Systems (IEA-OES).
During three days this event attracted the top companies from the marine energy sector and was combined with an exhibition at the Bilbao Exhibition Centre.
The conference addressed on the following main topics:
Ocean Renewable Energy Development;
Removing barriers and creating opportunities for deployment;
Synergies with other maritime and energy sectors.
The programme includes oral presentations and poster sessions on the present and the future of marine renewable energies from experts from over 20 countries.
