Posted 2017-09-27 in News

The BlueWeek 2017 - Autumn Session will take place at the University of Rostock from 9 - 10 October 2017.

The international, English-speaking conference is taking place under the auspices of Christian Pegel, Minister for Energy, Infrastructure and Digitalization of the State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

Over two days, 18 speakers will present the latest results in the field of ocean energy. The complete program of BlueWeek 2017 - Autumn Session can be found online or as an attached PDF.

The two-day international conference is being organized by the University of Rostock (Dept. of Wind Energy Technology), GICON - Grossmann Ingenieur Consult GmbH and MARIN.

The aim of the conference, which has been taking place since 2012, is to provide barrier-free access to current knowledge in the maritime sphere. For this reason, participation is free of charge but compulsory. We would be very pleased to welcome you to the conference in Rostock in October.

The OES is organised under the auspices of the International Energy Agency (IEA) but is functionally and legally autonomous. Views, findings and publications of the OES do not necessarily represent the views or policies of the IEA Secretariat or its individual member countries.
