Educational Material

ETIP Ocean has released its suite of educational materials, comprising of an educational website, interactive game and downloadable lesson plan for educators.

These can be found at https://www.etipocean.eu/game/. These materials have been developed with the key aim of education and increased awareness of the ocean energy sector to wider civil-society.

This ETIP Ocean suite will allow students and the public to learn about the key benefits and challenges associated with ocean energy, and take ownership in developing their own ocean energy projects in a classroom environment. The educational materials can be accessed individually, or used in conjunction as the interactive game builds on the learnings from the website content, and the downloadable lesson plan includes discussion points and a group activity on ocean energy site selection.
